April Fine Paper(Guangdong) Co., Ltd is a wholly--‐owned subsidiary of RGE Pte Ltd based inSingapore, the largest pulp producer in the world. PM11/12 project is located in Jiangmen city,Guangdongprovince, PRC, which has an annual production capacity of 450,000 metric tons fine paper with a total investment of 1.98 billion USD and covering an area of 6700 mu. The project commenced in July 2010 and completed in August 2012.
